The event presented the Provincial Government of Batangas’ responsive, inclusive, and community-centered governance, anchored on the HEARTS Program (Health; Education, Environment and Employment; Agriculture; Roads and Infrastructure; Tourism and Technology; and Security and Social Welfare). It shows how the provincial government, led by Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto, has brought public services directly to the people in the various municipalities and cities of Batangas, rather than our constituents coming to the Provincial Capitol in Batangas City. This proactive approach reflects their commitment and focus on the people of Batangas.
